Beautiful Girl

It's Amelia's Mom. Here's a glorious photo Auntie Aya took of my beautiful darling daughter on Easter. She's a dream.

Happy Easter!

This weekend was very fun. Saturday morning we met up with Auntie Aya, Uncle Eric, and Emery and Anderson at the Buda Easter egg hunt.

After the egg hunt we went over and took a ride on the train. It was super fun!

The bunny at the petting zoo was so soft. Emery and I loved petting her. Anderson liked it too!

Then on Sunday the Easter Bunny visited our house! I think the Easter Bunny that visited our house was the Country Bunny because she was:

• very wise to leave me such thoughtful presents, 
• kind to leave presents for Emery and Anderson, and 
• fast because when I got up and looked out the window our back yard was covered in Easter eggs! 

Emery and Anderson came over and we all went hunting for eggs. Emery liked to follow me around the yard. We had a great time.

The Easter Bunny gave me a butterfly umbrella!

After church we all went over to Tia and Tio's house for lunch and ANOTHER egg hunt. It was great!! Finally, we went to Sydney's house for dinner. We had one last egg hunt and then played in the pool.

It was a blast. This weekend is going to be great too! Nami and Poppie are coming to visit and it's Anderson and Emery's second birthday. I asked Auntie Aya if I could come to the party and she said I could. Yippee!!!

We've got beets!

Guess what? Mommy, Daddy and I went out to our garden this evening to take care of our plants and we saw that two of our beets were ready to be picked! It was so exciting! Mommy plucked them right from the planter box. Here is a picture of them:

I think Mommy is going to put them in a salad. Mommy really likes beets.You could really smell the smell of beets when Mommy picked them!

Camping!

This past weekend we went camping with Auntie Aya, Uncle Eric, Anderson and Emery. We had the best time! We went on a hike, ate smores, slept in the tent, played at the playground, ate smores, took a bath outside, and ate smores. It was awesome. Did I mention we ate smores?

The babies were strapped to Auntie Aya and Uncle Eric! I wish I could have been too... because I got tired!

Later on in the afternoon, Auntie Aya gave Anderson and Emery a bath.

 After Anderson and Emery went to bed we ate yummy fajitas that Uncle Eric made on the grill and then it was time for SMORES!! I LOVE THEM!!! Daddy had three so I think he really liked them too!
