Dress Up Day!

Today at school we were supposed to dress up as our favorite sports figure. When mommy and daddy asked me who I wanted to dress up as I told them I wanted to dress up like Auntie Sammy.

I think I might be a future tennis star... seriously.

Field Trip to the Library!

Today I was supposed to go to the dentist. But a-haaaa my social calendar was too full to allow such a luxury. Instead, we are going on the bus to the library! I love books. Love, love, love them. Mommy and Daddy read me at least two books every night before bed. Now that I'm in kindergarten I have my own book each night that I have to read to THEM! Each week my teacher sends home a book for me to read, and I have to answer questions about it. This week's book is all about a dog that has to run out of things. It's pretty good. I also really like this pop-up dinosaur book that I got from Nami. It's awesome... I'm serious.

I'll let you know how the library was later.

Hmm... I wonder if Mom and Dad are going to reschedule that dentist appointment?

I won't remind them and maybe they will forget about it.

At My New Old School!

Well, I started my first day back at my new school. Actually, it is my first school. After about a year at my other school, I decided, after much soul searching, that I wanted to go back. Mommy and Daddy took me on my first day.

There are so many kids in my new class! I was a little nervous for at least two minutes. There were all of these faces that I did not know. I made a new friend really quickly though. She even said that she was going to come to my birthday party. I got to see a lot of my old friends and I made all new ones too. I now have more friends than I have lovies.

I really like my new teachers. They are awesome! I learned all sorts of great things today. I learned about poison ivy and I got a book from my teacher to take home to read on my own. I even got a new backpack. I told a funny joke at school today, too.

Well, I have to go to bed! I need to get my princess beauty rest!

We went for a long walk at Town Lake this weekend and met two corgis! They looked just like Skye!! We stopped to talk to their owners and got to pet them. So fun!!

New School!

Hey everyone! I've got big news!!! Starting on Tuesday I will be at a new school. Well, actually... I'll be moving back to my old school!! I'll keep you posted on how my old friends are doing and my new Kindergarten teacher is!

Soooo early

My Daddy is a lunatic!

Last night I needed to take a shower, but I was so tired that I could not keep my eyes open. Daddy said that I could take a quick shower and then go to bed or get up early the next morning and take a shower before my breakfast and going to school. I decided to go to bed early. A princess must get her beauty sleep.

This morning my alarm clock went off and Daddy was already awake! He's crazy! Does he ever sleep! It was still dark out and Daddy had the bathroom all ready to go. I had a hard time opening my eyes, so Daddy sat with me in my bedroom while I got used to the light. He's must at least be an alien. How was he already able to see? I think that he might be related to Chloe because she was already up to and I know that she can see in the dark. Who else is rummaging through my lovies while I sleep?

Well, I did take my shower. I was surprised how awake I was already. I was ready in time for Mommy to take me to school. What a treat! What a morning!

First Day of Kindergarten!

Today was my first day of kindergarten. I was so excited!! Mommy and daddy helped me get ready and then they both brought me to school. I brought both of my poodles with me as loveys but in my new class we don't have nap time. We have quiet time instead. I also got a new backpack and got to meet lots of new friends. I think this year is going to be awesome!

Field Trip!

Yeah! I went on awesome field trip today! I rode the school bus with my classmates to my old school and saw my friends today. It was so great seeing everyone.

We played games and I got an award. It was so great seeing my friends. Shhh. Don't tell Mommy and Daddy, but I did not have my nap today. I'm sure they will not notice.

Blues on the Green!

I had such a great time at Blues on the Green tonight! Guess what else? My friend Sydney was there too! Mommy, Daddy and I went for a nice walk before the concert and then we setup for a nice picnic dinner and listened to the wonderful music. We had such a great time!

Tonight was the last Blues on the Green concert for the year until next year. I can't wait to go again next year! Next year my cousins Emery and Anderson will be a year older and I can't wait to go with them too!
