Amelia: Why did something really bad happen?
Daddy: Because there are bad people in the world who do bad things.
Amelia: Why are there bad people?
Daddy: So that we would know the good people in the world when we met them.
Amelia: Why do bad people do bad things?
Daddy: I don't know, honey? Maybe the bad people don't even know.
Amelia: Daddy, I think that I know.
Daddy: What do you think?
Amelia: Maybe they have a bad cat.
